I'm finally getting to sit down and watch the highlights, listened on the radio, and only saw highlights on my phone.
Every year, I'm just blown away at how unreal the champions league is and how truly special these players are. Its hard to watch MLS after this.

Just shows you how much harder it is to play in the Premier League compared to La Liga and Bundesliga. Plus add in the FA and Carabao Cups which are highly competitive in England. I mean in a span of five games / 16 days they have to play Spurs three times and still go to Old Trafford to play United. Throw in the fact that one more EPL loss pretty much will cost them the repeat. Which if you ask a true City fan the EPL trophy is much more important then the Champions League. Ps. Only caught a quick viewing of the last “goal” and Aguero was still on side.

He was barely off, the confusing piece is Tottenham player recklessly played the ball backwards and it deflected off a Man City player.
I still haven't seen a good video showing a handball on Tottenham's last goal, looks like it hit his thigh. the pundit's are saying there is a video from the back of the goal that shows it hit his harm.

It looks like it might have barely touched his forearm (without intent, the arm was inside the body after the jumping motion), but the thigh is clearly what deflected the ball into the goal.

See around the 3:40 mark, hits his arm, then thigh and goes in www.facebook.com/BleacherReportFootball/videos/313774285984556/

The quality of play is basically night and day and you can see it as well on the national sides as well.
