Is it standard to get 3 nights of training with a Select team? Is it a true night of training with the same coach, same team? Or just a 3rd night of something like open play, technical training, or speed and agility that might be run in a larger group setting?

So we had to move to birth year to get in line with the rest of the world for the top .01% of elite players that may play on the national team and now the only ones bending the rules are those "elite" players. Nice.

I don't understand how all these clubs are calling their teams a certain status already. I was under the impression that you submitted final rosters and then based on the players (and their previous level of play) on those rosters, status would be awarded/assigned.
Some examples I am hearing... Concorde Central 04 Girls saying their 3rd team will be RPL. The 1st team that was RPL this Spring came in last place. And if even they get to keep the spot, they now have DA and ECNL. So seems crazy to think their 3rd team would get to keep that spot.
NASA 03 Boys saying their now 2nd team will be RPL. Their 1st team did not have it it last year and I don't think even earned it in the Spring (5th place in league) and now their first team will be ECNL. So why would their 2nd team get it?
Many many more examples of coaches promising a certain status next year.
Curious are these wishful thinking promises or have their really already been guarantees to certain teams/clubs?

Will clubs be holding separate ID sessions and then subsequent tryouts for ECNL? Or for those clubs that have both, is it expected that it is one big session and they tell you where you fall from there? Real question being, if you are truly more interested in ECNL, should you show up at DA sessions to be safe? This question is related to both boys and girls.

Trying to make some sense of things... Do you all think this is an accurate picture of both the clubs and the age groupings available in GA next year?

The Disney Junior Soccer Showcase tournament director told our club that there will not be a DA division because of the DA rules with not being able to play 3 games in 3 days.
