I would be embarrassed to have my child play for a coach that would allow a 26-1 game. Yes, the blame lies partially with the tournament director for allowing such different levels of teams play in one division but there's no excuse for allowing your team to win by 25 goals.

Our team won their flight at the Triumph Cup something like 29-2. The other flight was won by a team that went 40-0. I would have liked to have played them instead of the rec teams in our division. Oh well. The boys were excited about their trophies (they're U8).

I don't understand how a tournament coordinator would have even considered a select team for a rec tournament. Why even have separate rec tournaments then?
