Interesting to hear that the boys DA is run out of Norcross, I didn't know that. I had always assumed UFA ran all DA and NPL out of Fowler. As for the GSA side, I am still a bit surprised they generally base the SCCL out of Lilburn even though I realize the SCCL practice in both locations. The 07 Boys DA trains out of South (Velko) Also I believe RD teams train at South 2x week NPL it depends on the Coach, some are out of Fowler some out of South. It comes down to who the coach is |

As for the GSA side, I am still a bit surprised they generally base the SCCL out of Lilburn even though I realize the SCCL practice in both locations. Everything at GSA for U13 & up (ECNL, SCCL, SCCL-P) is fully mixed and the locations are nothing more than field space. So, in other words ECNL is the top team of all players in the age group no matter where they are from (Lilburn or Dacula). As for where they are run out of, I am guessing you mean where each team practices? This is typically based on how many players come from each location, but not necessarily. They have field space in Lilburn, Rabbit Hill in Dacula and Rhodes Jordan in Lawrenceville. Practices are set at one of those places depending on where there is space available. Some teams practice more in Dacula while others practice more in Lilburn. I know of at least one team, and I believe there are up to 3-4 which practice exclusively out of Rhodes Jordan. As for games, there doesn't seem to be anything set in stone for where games are played. So far we have played SCCL games in Dacula, and we are scheduled for home games later in the fall down in Lilburn. |
