Would love to see:
--What are the baseline measurements for these bullet points;
-what are the concrete actions they will undertake to improve those numbers;
--what is the periodicity in which they will measure them again to gauge if their actions are helping.

Sounds like a BS speech that corporations say at their annual meetings with shareholders or employees.
“Grow the game” = grow market share
The best playing environment = best “workplace” environment
“Develop winning teams” = Improve sales or stock price
“Become a world class organization”= same
These are all meaningless words that they will put on their website and coaches/scouts papers or letterhead and they will put on a press release.
Something specific like engage PE teachers and teach some fun soccer drills to them to get elementary school age kids playing soccer would be nice. Or offer USNT matches for FREE on broadcast TV and free streaming services.
