He will be working FT at AIS What does "AIS" stand for? Atlanta International School. Private school in Buckhead which has a soccer program that’s part of Concorde.

That would be a shame, Gil always struck me as a good guy and top coach. Would be a loss for UFA. He will be working FT at AIS $25k tuition a year should get you a lot of personal Soccer training...

Ok, now I understand more about the teams with the AIS and sideline behavior. Is it me or is everyone looking to bring Concorde down this year?

georgiasoccer411 Sorry, I should not have made that comment. Every club, every team has the potential to have negative behavior on the sidelines. It's interesting to watch and sadly, I have been a 'bad parent' a couple of times. (I deleted my post afterwards because I really don't want to get caught up in all of the drama and am sorry I said anything)

But it is the tryout time, perhaps this is what happens every year to Concorde.

Atlanta International School. Private school in Buckhead which has a soccer program that’s part of Concorde. How does that work if they compete in GHSA? Doesn't that violate all kinds of rules?

Concorde rents field space from AIS. That’s all. There was an AIS after school academy program for the younger kids that eventually folded into Concorde as a separate branch of Concorde. It is my understanding that he will not be doing the Concorde Program this year but may be involved in the future. As an aside there is a non-compete clause in the SCCL rules if I read it correctly. Not sure when that starts...maybe the reason why there could be more shifting this year. It says an SCCL Club coach cannot go to another SCCL Club without the permission from the departing club. Hmmm.
