I think some of these coaching assignments are from last year.

I don't really care how badass a coach you are having 3 DA teams will leave a set of kids and parents feeling 3rd class...because one of those teams will be feeling 2nd class. Now if he has assistants with trusted authority that could batten down the hatches a little maybe... but I think 2 teams should be a ciaches limit.

TG always has multiple DA and ECNL teams, he does fine.

Still nothing on SSA's site.
You know how it goes. The programs wait until the last moment to post Coaching assignments. Makes it that much harder for the parents and players to decide where and who they play for. We have been waiting for the NTH Boys side (NASA) to post assignments. Amazing how the Tophat side already has posted. You would think the boys would look at the girls side and copy cat.

Less and less information every year. I think parents know it's a moving target, dependent sometimes on which kids show up for tryouts in certain age groups, etc. But it helps us plan tryouts... sort of a chicken and the egg thing, it's a mess.

Looks like that 18/19s have 2 ECNL teams? What do you think "ECNL Comp" means. Judging from the assigned coaches it's the second team.

ECNL Comp is basically a larger pool for a roster. There will be the main core for "top" team, a main bottom for the kids who will play other Comp ECNL teams, and then those is the middle will be swing players. It will give more opportunity for "borderline" ECNL kids to get into one of the showcases. The ECNL comp team will play a smaller schedule with a little less travel.
The ECNL clubs will start adding them to all age groups in a couple years I'd imagine.

Interesting. We heard AM has left the club. I'd be surprised if KES is still coaching since FES is no longer with the club.

Anyone familiar with JC coaching some of the NTH SCCL teams? Looks like he is one of the coaches that came over from CF.

What’s the purpose of announcing coaching assignments at the very last minute ?

What’s the purpose of announcing coaching assignments at the very last minute ? Not sure why Concorde would not list? I guess for them, it doesn't matter or make a difference whether or not the public knows. Maybe they don't know?

Even when you ask a current coach who has the age group under the age you want they say they don’t know . Is it just me that feels it's odd that in this sport we love, we pay a lot of money to get half a$$ answers to legitimate questions and concerns. How does any club feel it's okay to not list or inform their "customers" of who will have their kids for the next year. Is it a coach you've had a run-in with in the past, or a coach who's style does not gel with your child. You had better believe, I'm not going to tryouts without first having that information. Unbelievable.

I just thought of something maybe it’s to honor the SSA/Concorde alliance because it could be a SSA coach? Only if the majority players are SSA. Guess we should know by Monday. However, I doubt it would be an SSA coach unless Concorde really needs help with coaches. Ryan Austin could be freed up to concentrate on supporting multiple coaches/teams instead of just coaching multiple teams?

Different organizations, and they want to keep their leagues, coaches and not mix money.
