Shouldn't the schedules all just be put on the website? Isn't that a function of the league itself? Yes, of course. They haven't done it so we can either be proactive in trying to figure it out so that we can plan our life or sit idly by.

Just wondering why SCCL wouldn't post the schedules as part of normal business.

I would imagine clubs aren't posting schedules because there is so much uncertainty and as soon as they post it and need to change it they will be bombarded with complaints of the schedule changing lol. Damned if they do damned if they don't...

Found it, GSA schedule u14 SCCL
9/12 Ambush 9/13 Nasa 9/20 FC Alliance 10/4 ATL UTD 10/17 AFU 10/18 Roswell 10/24 SSA 10/25 BUSA 10/31 Concorde 11/7 Rush 11/8 UFA
Interesting thing about GSA schedules is that the boys (above) and the girls (below) are identical except for the inclusion of FC Alliance and ATL UTD for the boys. 9/12 - vs. Ambush 9/13 - vs. Tophat 10/17 - vs. AFU 10/18 - vs. Roswell 10/24 - vs. SSA 10/25 - vs. BUSA 10/31 - vs. Concorde 11/7 - vs. Rush Union 11/8 - vs. UFA For SCCL-C the boys & girls schedules are supposed to be the same with the exception that boys & girls play at opposite locations (if boys are home, girls are away). The only other exception is the boys play AU. Everything else is supposed to be the same.

That was not the case last year for Concorde for sure and glancing at the schedule, it looks like other clubs had different dates as well for boys and girls. events.gotsport.com/events/schedule.aspx?EventID=77853&Gender=Girls&Age=13

Look on the bright side, there’s hardly anyone left in Georgia Soccer to see them (schedules). 🤔😄😜 What's the bright side to look at? How exactly are things better now?

In fairness, the SCCL has been very well run during its first two years. It is tough to judge given the state of covid. The frustrating part is that clubs have agreed on dates for the games even if times and fields have not been scheduled. Because the clubs have agreed on the dates, the clubs should release the information on the tentative agreed upon dates.

NTH requested refs for U12 SCCL games that are going on today ... strange Home cooking? Speaking a Refs, SSA does not have enough this weekend. Saw several U12 games with no assistants.

Speaking a Refs, SSA does not have enough this weekend. Saw several U12 games with no assistants. Yeah. It's pretty bad. My daughter is ARing U17 boys games today and she is only 14 yrs old ... they are pretty shorthanded this weekend.

SCCL had 8 big clubs to manage first year and predetermined teams for a club based schedule, plus few more in 2019. The schedules should have been published, and even without dates or times where not available.

Looks like someone bit off more than they can chew. Now the shoe is on the other foot as the SCCL flounders with lack of organization. Maybe someone else c as n start another league.

I think the confusion here is that the SCCL (Club) 1st division obviously is easier to schedule and is done even if not published for public consumption yet. SCCL-P was run like the SCCL-C last season but it is not now. It is now going to be run more like GA soccer was where teams/coaches/managers will have more say so in game times etc... and if they need to be changed. I expect a rough draft is probably done with SCCL P1, P2, P3 just not released yet.

I'm starting to get frustrated myself. I have parents asking me when the schedule will come out so that they can plan for things, and I have no answer for them right now. I don't really care about times right now, but I'm willing to bet there is a schedule out there somewhere that at least has who we are playing and on what date. Are you asking your DOC and club office for it and they aren't providing it? Or haven't you asked - if so why not(you should be that connection between club and team if TM)? I emailed the TM coordinator last week to see if there was any timeline on when even a tentative schedule would be released. Still waiting on my reply.

And so far we're seeing the opposite.

And so far we're seeing the opposite. For the most part pre-expansion I think it did run better than GA soccer. It remains to be seen now that we have P1, P2, P3 instead of just one Premier division how that will be run. I think SCCL Club based 1st division will still run quite well. I have never really understood all the parents complaining about not having a soccer schedule. If you have been in it long enough you know how long the season spans and you know that any given weekend in the fall (and spring if you have a kid younger) you will be at the soccer fields. As long as it is out a few weeks before the start it should be fine. I know SCCL- P1, P2, P3 will start the weekend of 9/12. As long as it is out in the next week or two I'm not sure there is much to complain about. None of us know what the clubs already know and maybe they are working with coaches now to make sure the times etc.... are good before releasing to the public.

Having a vague idea we're not playing Labor Day weekend, I'm now looking for a beach trip. Having a schedule a month ago would have made things easier...SCCL used to play on Labor Day weekend.
