Well so far what I have found states they are not sure the vaccine is causing it as so far the number of cases is not greater than what has been found in the general population, but it is early yet. Like all medications it can take time to see what all of the side effects are. Darvocet was on the market for over 50 years before they pulled it due to cardiac side effects. How many millions of people took it in that time and did fine? WHO now recommending a pause on vaccines to children. This is a nut case anti-vaxxer source! Just stop it! |

This is a nut case anti-vaxxer source! Just stop it! I actually pulled that from the Twitter feed from a professor at John’s Hopkins Medical School. (Admittedly not familiar with the publication) Interesting that the WHO has made an apparent new recommendation while more research is being conducted. |

There seems to be an increased risk of myocarditis. But it's still a very small risk. A few hundred cases in millions who got the shot. The risk of getting sick from covid, getting long-covid, organ damage, MIS-C (multi inflammatory syndrome in children), etc is way higher. It's estimated that 10% of everyone who gets covid gets lasting symptoms.
I don't think any side effects from vaccines should be swept under the carpet though. It's important to be transparent.

I think through all the conspiracy theories, well thought out comments and some not so well thought out, I thought it prudent that we also take time to celebrate the captain on the pitch who sprung into action to help his teammate, his friend, his countryman - Captain Simon Kjaer, who not only put his feelings and fears aside to render aid, but also protect him in this picture crazed world we live in and still had time to help console Eriksen's wife as all of this was occurring...
