Yea, makes ya think the kids/ not just the keeper had some discussion.
Risking OT and possibly conceding 3 goals puts you out, very interesting decision to guarantee yourself in.
is it time to get rid of PKs in high school for region games and just end in a tie?

All of the players on both teams knew the math and the permutations
It was known by all
The kids on both sides played straight up for 79 minutes and 50 seconds…both teams played to win
The tiebreaker put in place by the region ADs was wrong headed from the jump

The player in question knew every permutation heading in So did all of the players on both teams…everyone parents, players, coaches knew the math Both teams played to win the game outright until the final 10 seconds The only people who couldn’t figure it out were the region ADs who concocted this moronic framework in the first place What makes this rich is that I was told that the MV AD was the one who actually created it (I have no idea if that is true…but it is out there being discussed) that’s pretty great if true |
