I wouldn't worry about it right now. its in flux... the u11 brackets changed probably 6 times yesterday in 10 minutes. i would hit refresh and it would change. i expect it to change again, because they have concorde north in the bottom bracket
my kids team is with the Brazilians right now.....

On the boys u13 side it looks like Premier is higher than showcase, but on the u14 boys side it looks like showcase is highter than premier...does anyone know? It looks to me as though Showcase is higher for U13 as well. It contains the team that won this age group last year (Chicago Magic PSG), an MLS youth team (Chicago Fire Academy) and several teams from DA clubs. The "Premier" brackets listed above showcase are not U13 brackets. They are U12 teams playing "U13 11 v 11."

receieved this email on friday about the u11s
Coach / Manager / Contact
You are receiving this email because you are associated with a U11 Boys team playing at the subject event.
We currently have 40 U11 Boys teams accepted. Due to the limited amount of information on the teams we are finding it difficult to separate into competition levels such as Premier (Most Competitive) and Championship (Competitive). Currently we are planning on having three separate but equal flights, Premier Red, Premier Black & Premier Gray, from a seeding point there would be no difference between the flights. The colors represent ESPN and do not designate a level of play.
Unfortunately with the above option we might have some very lopsided games which in reality are not beneficial for either team.
To help with the seeding process we are asking all teams to identify if they believe they should be in the top flight, 2nd flight or even a third flight. To do this, PLEASE FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.
· Log into your GOT Soccer account · Click on our event under "Event Registration History" · Find drop down labeled "Preferred Flight" on the left hand side · Select "Most Competitive" for top flight "Competitive" for 2nd flight or "Least Competitive" if you feel your team is best suited for the lowest flight.
If we receive enough differentiation from our request we will break the teams into competitive flights otherwise we will schedule as above.
If you have information about teams from your area you would like to share feel free to email me. Unfortunately I do not have the time based on the three upcoming Showcase events to discuss on the phone.
Based on the results the schedule for the event should be available by the end of next week.

This is crazy. Really. Most of teams from GA said top flight.?? I don't agree at all. If we end up playing the mid level teams from GA I'm going to scream.
Only really 3 teams that should be in top flight at Disney.
The breakdown was 24 teams wished to play or were assigned to the Most Competitive flight - Premier. Due to having more than 16 teams we will have two separate but equally balanced flights of 12 teams each. The flights will be Red and Black which are the colors of ESPN. It does not matter which bracket appears first they will be considered equal.
The remaining 16 teams will be placed in the Championship flight. This follows the format of our Christmas Showcase format.
I do plan on having the schedule released by the weekend.

the latest groupings were posted yesterday after receiving this email about the 11s.
Coach / Manager / Contacts:
First I would like to thank all that either followed the directions and inputted your desired flight or at least notified me of your flight of choice. A special thanks to those that provided additional information about teams you were familiar with. For those who did not respond in any fashion hopefully you will be satisfied with your placement as I will only make a change for the benefit of the event not the team.

My kid is with a new club this year and this is our first Disney rodeo. Is there a game for everyone on Sunday, regardless if you qualify for the semis?

I guess we better make the semis then!

last year, we won the finals, it was fun, we had like a 3:30 kickoff on sunday, one of the few teams left. parking lot was empty. rolled out of orlando probably around 5:30 on sunday night. it was a fun drive back for sure. from what i gather traffic is better the later you leave on sunday.
