It is clear that those teams winning State Cup in Georgia have the opportunity to participate in Youth Regionals, and that is expected of them.
In past years, many age groups had more than one team per age group. I overheard coversation in Columbus about some teams already qualifitying for Greenville, regardless of what happened last weekend.
How does that work? Can someone explain simply to me how these other teams qualify?

RPL winners already qualified for Regionals.
Just like National league winners already qualified for Nationals.
Even though these teams are already qualified, they still have to participate in State Cup and then regionals and then Nationals.

Do some states always get 2 for a particular age group, or is it dependent on the RPL winners? I've heard that the u15 girls will have 2 teams for example go to regionals this year.
