Good list, In no particular order, but these 3 coaches have the best 3 teams in their prospective divisions have been extremely impressive. And honestly, if national awards are given out for their accomplishments, all are extremely worthy of the award.

I like that list but i must add Ryan Austin. For what he has done with no help. He's doing 05 regular academy and the two U12 teams with no help. All those kids have developed. Night and day difference from Fall.

Night and day difference from Fall. I am surprised that US soccer doesn't require more than 1 coach for this age group? Shouldn't it be mandated to have at least 2 coaches at every training session and for games?

Most have two coaches or at least an assistant coach.
We dont even have any line judges...lol
