This is a big country with a huge and hungry fan base for soccer. Travel distances will make it difficult to have multiple tiers of pro soccer, but it is FAR from impossible. The pressure Uncle Arthur has placed on MLS is impressive, but Pro/Rel would amplify that pressure to make it even better. It needs to happen. This is a good plan, from the biggest wedge in the pro/rel supporter category: soccerreform.us/blog/?p=43

Spending big money on talent, facilities, and academy. Sure, but those are just things he's doing. Do you really think Robert Kraft(or any other owner) feels any pressure? There are no consequences. Pressure, as Lee Trevino said, is playing for ten bucks when you have five in your pocket.
