I hadn't thought much about it before, but the NCAA rules sound more like high school rules, while DA seems more in line with international rules.

Wait - you really want US Soccer to try to fix college soccer?
I’d do the opposite of what US Soccer recommends. US Soccer is too obsessed with what others are doing vs realizing the US is a different beast and you need to do things different then the rest of the world. All they do is chase other countries ideas - the $40,000 French coaching course is an example. How about the double pass review.
