Just curious what other clubs are doing. Growing up we always had practice once we got into Select (U11 & up). A lot of times we would dress up in costume and just have a fun practice but it was still practice. Trick or treating was also just for the Elementary school aged and younger then but now it seems they do it up through high school.

Not sure as we have been lucky so far about not having Halloween be on the days we practice. This year it is when my older daughter practices and we have not been told yet. We were told that coach was trying to move practice to Tuesday, but if there is no field space I am not sure if it will be canceled. Younger kids definitely no practice.

I coach younger Select and I typically give them the night off and move the missed session to another day.

I don't know if every team or not, but we got a message that they had the night off for safety reasons. These girls drive to practice from far sometimes and they want to avoid having them on the road with the trick or treaters

Our 18/19 girls are not having practice for the safety reasons as well. Along with coming back from an Orlando set of games.

Our coach let the players decide. He would have practice if players wanted. All players elected to skip practice and go to Halloween events.
