What would you believe is a fair salary for a DOC and club directors? Same question for coaches. With the worrying cost of youth sports are registration fees to high and going to the wrong places?

Most DOC's at the top clubs make 100k+ a year which may or may not include camp revenue.

Most DOC's at the top clubs make 100k+ a year which may or may not include camp revenue. I think 100k is good for a medium size club and close 150 is reasonable for a mega club. There is a lot to organize, oversee, manage, recruit and it is a job that is neverending. I am curious what the coaches make. Is it different for higher level teams versus lower level teams? Is it number of days of training? Number of players? How do they decide it?

You can look up most DOC's salaries on Guidestar.
At most clubs the higher level coaches typically make more

For most club coaches in basic select (Academy, Athena, and Classic) I’d say between $800-$1200 depending on level, education, how long they’ve been with the club.

The licensing also matters. The higher your license, the better likelihood you will also get a higher team, which usually means you have more experience, so all that usually also equals higher $$$

Some clubs pay training wages (coach, monthly) based on team age, level, licenses. Those to me seems like appropriate metrics.
Some clubs are like HVAC repairmen on a hot summer day. They use the “get as much as you can get away with” pricing model.
In general - despite it being stigmatized by the pay to play soccer complex - I think a LOT of people would be better off playing local rec soccer. If players had to earn their way up the pyramid - by invitation only - it would be better. IMO.
