So where to start:
1. Will AU win the Cup? 2. Who will be the next AU head coach? 3. Since this is place is predominantly about youth soccer, will the new hire affect the youth academy (new coaches etc)? 4. Where will Almirón be next year? 5. Will Martinez win the MVP of the league, and will he be back next season? 6. Homegrown time -- what happens with Carleton - is he on this roster next season?

On paper and with the home field advantage, AU should win. 2. That all depends on the style of play AU hopes to play post Tata. 3. Yes/No, but to a certain degree, maybe. The current academy coaches are all under contract. TA is supposed to work thru to the AU-2 pathway, who in turn works thru to the first team. The Academy is supposed to play in the same format at the first team. 4. All reports say Newcastle, but the Spurs and Everton might still be in the mix. The major clubs in the EPL tend to let the smaller named clubs take the initial risk, then they swoop in to pick up players that show they can affect games in the EPL. 5. Yes , I think he will be back next season. I wouldn't make a move on him, till I see how he plays without Miggy. 6. Haven't seen his contract, but if he's up for renewal, I would not sign till I had a chance to speak to the incoming coach and get a definitive idea of how he intends on using me. In speaking with his folks, he's not really happy about his situation. Not really putting blame on anyone, just understands that sometimes these are the perils of life as a soccer player. BTW - We Gon' Shine!!!

(w/ CCL games in late February, there's not a lot of time to sit on this) 3. No 4. Newcastle 5. Yes 6. Maybe

I would hope Tata Martino would give AU some suggestions, can we say a South American influence? 3. To some degree yes, but no big affect 4. Selfishly with AU, I can see a mid-low tier EPL team 5. Yes, he will look to duplicate MVP season and Golden Boot 6. AU first team is built on transfers and spending $ unlike some MLS clubs.

Almost all are answered, 4theloveofsoccer looks like they have the answers. All signs were pointing to Newcastle, but read somewhere that Almiron expected to still be with this team when they come back for preseason.... ?? That doesn't make much sense..

Parky played a lot of years in MLS making an accountant’s salary. After bagging a Trophy in his mid 30’s, it is absolutely time to seek the highest bidder. It’d be nice if he comes back but I don’t expect it. He was a good captain.
