come on, nobody is frustrated.......
I saw a random tweet from Argentina about Pity's frustration level, but given it was on twitter, I didn't give it much credence.

Apparently it looks like the Parley Kits have been leaked

No comment on the new kit. As for the system and frustration, with two weeks to train and rest (though with limited time for international players whom played on their national teams), the patience is going to run thin. I give it two more games before something is done if this continues. Too much talent on this team. Look at Cincinnati, coaching and tactics mean a ton.

I say trash the 3-4-3 formation, since you don't have the personnel to run it efficiently. Instead go with the 4-5-1. Puts Parkie back in the CB position he's comfortable in, gives our wing-backs the opportunity to push up and sling balls into the box or recover clear-outs by the opposing team and also allows us a better chance at shoring up the middle of the pitc. It also has the added benefit of isolating the Venezuelan Viper up top, so he can break their lines and do what he does best, SCORE...FG

Ticketmaster venue fees weren’t enough?

All jokes aside, maybe it's to pay for the new expansion of the AU Training Grounds. Word is they are looking to increase the 33 acres by half. I'd like to put in my vote for more parking spaces or a deck. However, word is potentially an addition of 3-4 more fields, which would take their total to 10 fields...FG

My money is on a field for ATL UTD 2 games I wouldn’t put my money on that with a perfectly good soccer stadium at KSU right down the street...and they don’t have to pay for the upkeep either.

Yes it's a good venue but AU doesn't control it, they want a venue for themselves

Yes it's a good venue but AU doesn't control it, they want a venue for themselves That’s exactly why it’s so good to have that close by and what makes KSU so attractive. A training ground stadium isn’t necessary. I’m thinking it’s jusy more fields and parking considering how many people are currently at the club as players. Maybe something indoor?

Parking is paramount to anything they choose to do. There's already not enough parking, and when the first team is on site for training or go out of town, 20 spots have to be reserved for them as rule. So AU is unable to host things like AU2 games if they don't get the parking situation resolved...FG

Never seen a turf field (besides at the silverbacks stadium) hold water like that field last night. First goal was the killer ---- There is hope for all our kids guys, because if Ambrose can start regularly on a top MLS side, then anyone can!
Field was unplayable when they came back from the weather delay. But as we always say there were 2 teams playing under the same conditions and the Crew was the better side for sure. But other than that not much you can get from a game like that, except for the fact that Ambrose is considered to be a top left back in this club.

Yea, says kentucky bluegrass on wiki. Looked like turf on TV, would have thought there would be mud, there was zero mud on the field, just standing water etc..

They needed a better drainage system, it is a soccer specific stadium so no excuses...FG

How was it not a muddy mess is what I don’t get. Field has to be a turf/grass blend.

I have to believe Tata left because of Darren and Carlos. They should of stayed out of his way and let the man run the program. He’s the one who brought in the players. Look back at who Carlos signed those players are all gone. We look beyond average now. The two things missing are Tata and Miggy everything else is the same. Uncle Arthur needs to wake up and clean house!

I do think they will right the ship, what bothers me as is how thin we are at outside backs, and that was an "excuse" for playing 3 in the back. If we are so thin, why did you trada Garza and cut McCann?
Also, I love the kid, really do, but is Bello injury prone? He starts and plays 90 in the first match of the season and then hasn't been on the roster since.
They should roll over New England when they play them in 7 months..... joking, not sure why you have a 2 week break after the international break.
Can anyone name a single player on the New England roster?

The scheduling weirdness is because MLS was hoping ATL would go farther in the Champions League, so they gave them a bye week between potential semifinal legs. For some reason they didn't afford the same thing to SKC, who put up way less of a fight against Rayados than Atlanta did.

Soooo it finally looks like AU is getting back on track, with the AU of old. I think they look much better since returning to 4 in the back. Hopefully FDB has gotten away from the frustrating 3 backline. Interesting things I noticed in yesterdays 2-zip win over the NE Revs:
- I do hope Remidi is okay with the potential concussion 🤕 - AU matched the NE hard pressing intensity and didn't sit back and get bullied by NE 💪 - I do think AU needs Parkie in the back to stabilize things, loved seeing him play RB and push up 👍 - “O Barco, Barco, wherefore art thou been Barco?”- 2 goals, releasing on time and that second Golazo!!!🥅🥅 - When Villaba decides to execute his intensity and pace on the ball, I don't see many in the league being able to contain him 🏃♂💨 - I never thought I would see Josef actually come back to help start and advance plays , give assists and yet not score and AU still win 👌
I still wish Barco wud stop the faux fouls looking for the call. I think it's ironic the MLS king of goals and some other players, may have to go to a finishing clinic. All in all a much better showing by the 5 Stripes and a good sign of things to come, hopefully. Also looks like FDB gets to keep his job for another week, till FC Dallas comes calling next Saturday...👏👏👏

There is a reason AU paid that amount of transfer fee - FdB system does have the #9 drop back more to help from defense to possession to transition. So he is asked to do a different role than in the past. - granted this was against the Revs and I'll take it moving forward.

Remedi - no question was concussed and should not have stayed in the game.
New England started out looking like a high school team - long ball, bang it forward, ball was never on the ground. Interestingly, once Atlanta scored, New England settled down and actually kept the ball on the surface. The problem is New England is one of if not the worst finishing team in the league, and horrible in the final third.
But just like any other sport - you have to beat the worst teams in the league and take care of business and that is what ATL did.
