When a team manager uses the Sinc Sports online check-in for Tournaments
The quick roster can auto populate from whichever sanctioning association you choose (Ga Soccer, US Club, Etc.)
Then later on in the process when you send the online athlete waivers via email it auto populates with an email address
Is there anyway to add more email addresses? Every time I send out waivers I hear parents did not get them because it went to one parent or the other and then the other needs to go back and look for it and blah blah blah.
I just want the online waivers for each individual player to go to multiple addresses and can't figure out where the email addresses are populating from?
Bless you if you are still reading and please respond if you know a workaround or solution for multiple emails per player.
Thanks
GM

Try this. Go to Waiver page. Then go to the athlete you want to add emails. Select Edit by the current email listed for the athlete (parent). This displays the editable email field. Then put a comma or a ; after the current email and add new emails. Select Save Emails.
Send waivers that will go to parents spam folder or their inbox that they will continuously ignore until you tell them their player will not be able to play - then watch the waiver be completed in 5 seconds like magic.

Honestly should be a universal waiver that can be checked once by the team manager. Do those waivers really mean anything?

Unless you mean going old school and chase parents to sign your paper, which would still need to be uploaded. Btw, the parents can add multiple emails to their individual accounts. You can also manually change it and send again... and my favorite one for those parents that "never" get the email, you can preview the waiver that you sent to that particular parent, it will show you the link to their waiver, copy, paste and send it to them

Thanks GM Little trick for you, for the parents who never sign the manager can go to the list of players names that have not yet signed their waiver and there is a little box next to the players name. If you check that box it pulls up the players waiver and you can actually fill it out and sign for that parent. I have had to do this in past years for my technically challenged parents or for the English is second language in years past.

Why can't GA Soccer come up with a Universal waiver that all parents need to sign at the beginning of the year, which will cover all tournaments in the state of Georgia? This way if a team plays 4-6 tournaments during the year parents don't need to be tracked down to sign additional forms.
I understand out of state tournaments, but everything in GA should be able to be covered by a single document IMO.

Because these tournaments span multiple states as well as other soccer organizations and past legal disputes have resulted in a highly litigious society and the best protection for organizations are specific waivers. The real answer is easy. Parents provide an email account that is checked regularly and respond / reply in a timely fashion. A TM can also send out a team blast stating that waivers have been send and to complete ASAP and to please check spam if they do not see it. It is not that hard.

It shouldn't be hard but some parents are idiots or just don't care about these type of managerial concerns like waivers. They are too focused on complaining about little messi's playing time

They are just a base level CYA for the tournament. Would not stand up to significant legal challenge.

Agreed and I'm not sure legally it defeats the whole purpose if the TM tells the non-English speaking or technically challenged parent that they will do it for them while they are standing in front of them (or even afterwards) and the parent agrees into allowing the TM complete it for him. Obviously the TM must tell the parent what the waiver is for and what it means. Regardless a good attorney will blast holes through these waivers anyway.
