With all the rain coming on Thursday and Friday....I wonder if kids will get to play this weekend or if all fields will close again!

I suspect we will have some practice nights replaced by games very soon.
If not.. we we wish we had.. when it gets to May.

Sunday was a beautiful day and it stunk that a lot of the grass fields were still closed. Lets hope for some better weather

Yea, our fields at Pinckneyville were still soaked sunday with puddles. Sucks, when it was so freaking nice outside. Every spring has been like this for the past 3 years. County apparently won't let "UFA-norcross" turf the field because they have a list according to age of the parks and have a "process". We need at least 2 fields with turf. maybe in 10 years.
our younger ones at least got to play some indoor games on Saturday against each other. stinks, its going to dry up in time to have spring break and 2 empty weekends with no soccer....

i agree, Spring break is right around the corner and that 2 weekends also with no games for the little ones. Theres some 3v3's coming up during spring break so hopefully that will keep busy and active
