Last thing we need is over zealous politicians ruining our youth sports. i obviously get the reasoning for the bill, but each youth organization should be able to police themselves with standards.

I agree soccerhouse... Why in the heck is a political thing? Each club/ league should be able to police. That's what policies and procedures are for. I have seen way worse football coaches.
It will allow too much control over the sport. I get it if the coach is out of control then yes warn them first and then if they do it again give him a red and get them off the field. If they keep getting kicked off the field then the league can institute bans or whatever.
It should be a League rule not political policy.
