Looking for U14B Concorde Fire Central coaches for the Fall Concorde does not post a list of coaches, either before or after try-outs. Oh I'm soo confused ... All the advice I hear points towards "coaching" making the biggest difference in player development at the academy ages versus which club ... But if Concorde doesn't post coaches then how do you figure out if the coach and player are a good fit for each other? Also at the risk of highjacking the post the follow-up question is this: Other advice I hear is hire a good personal coach for a few sessions. Where does one find a "good personal coach"? Rhetorical Question: Should it really be "this difficult" to sign my kid up to play soccer "competitively" :-)

Don't forget transparency aside, jobs are stake. Some coaches are not retained, others just move on. Putting a list out to soon can cause unnecessary problems etc.

Does the club have quality experienced coaches for every team regardless if it's team A through team D-- some do, and some don't.

When you pick a club, you will meet other parents and they will give you advice on other coaches who are good trainers if you are interested in smaller sessions. And about the CF coaches just because they dont post it, it doesnt mean people dont know. Players from that current team may have an idea

personally, I've never understood why concorde didn't have a coaches section on their webpage with a bio on each coach.
the concorde 14s will be interesting next year, do boys leave to play DA, does JJ keep the team?
