Just took a peek at the red card list through yesterday's games. One coach received a 4 game suspension for abusive/offensive language. However, other coaches (and players) who were red-carded for the same offense only received the typical 1 game suspension. I'm guessing that first coach must have really gone ballistic to get hit with 4 games. Any refs out there that can shed some light on this distinction?

In my experience, GA Soccer is starting to to come down heavy on coaches being ejected from matches. Especially for abusive language. Maybe the other coach didn't use the language? Coaches need to set the example, players follow their lead.

I just noticed too that the game where the coach got a 4 game suspension was also a forfeit by his team. Maybe after that the team walked off the field.
