Yes and the U13 team is a bulk of former U12 GSA academy players with a few players added from other clubs, also heard they picked up some transfers mid season this year.
Not much academy program from what I understand.

Not much academy program from what I understand. It's only maybe 4 from GSA on that team the rest were "Brought" in . Players have been added all season

So what's the deal are these kids all playing for free?
Just trying to figure out how it's sustainable and coaches get paid a decent wage.

They have bottom level teams and there's a few for Wednesday training and a few for training at the indoor facility when it rains and fundraising somehow through all of that everyone gets a check . "Mandatory" extra training uniforms also

You'll get better information when you ask better questions. Scholarship players are pretty limited on my son's KSA team, and the coach is very forthcoming to parents (not the kids) about that. There are two, in my son's team. We get two-three, sometimes four practices each week and aren't asked to pay extra; the financial disclosure specifies 2 practices, or at least it did last year. As for uniforms, practice shirts were expected at GSA and cost extra, and there was never any disclosure at all about scholarship players. We did fund-raise for my son's team, to pay for scholarship players at State Cup and cover the cost of team-van rentals to State Cup. The club provided accounting for how the funds were used. I think some of the other forum is rubbing off here.
