If you look at each and ask who has the best overalll game it is a tough decision. I would have to chose CR7 although I can not stand the way he goes down so easily once he gets around the penalty area. He is quick enough and physical enough to take a fair shoulder challenge and stay on his feet. I think Barca as a team make Messi the player he is instead of the other way around. No direspect to Messi he is one of the best to play the game ever. But Ithink it was 25, 26 of Messi's record goals last year were PK's from the spot. Something to ponder.

Both are once in a generation kind of players. I hope messi can make a run with Argentina next summer.

Ronaldo is well rounded. He can use both left and right, head, chest, can cross, more efficiently. Ronaldo can fit into any team. From Portugal to Manu to Real Madrid. CR7. Respect.

Have to go with CR7. See mama's post above.
