Really depends on the levels of the team: TYSA and Challenger are pretty small and don't draw the top level teams so if you have a third/fourth tier team, those are competitive.
GSA is a college showcase - heavier at the older ages but still pretty good at Academy level NIKE - pretty deep - multiple flights in each age group. UFA and SSA are sketchy - quick to cancel or not as good a draw - plus they both have a thousand teams so it ends up being those clubs teams playing each other or set up to breeze through to a final.
Athens has a small tournament after GSA and NIKE so that's an option, too.

U9-u12 stay local. Not a big deal. Just go have fun. SSA is big and does have a lot of SSA teams involved. If you can get to the finals against one of their local teams you will have done well.

We do the NSA Nike Cup (of course since we're the host club) and this year both of my girls are doing the CESA Tournament in Greenville, SC the week before Thanksgiving. CESA Fall Challenge We've never been to the tournament up there but my oldest played there before as an exhibition. The MESA field is enormous and outstanding. They even have free Wi-Fi at the fields! It's up to u14 for boys and girls. We did the Challenger Cup last year and it's a small but well run tourney.

Odd that the graph at the start of this thread wouldn't show GSA's tournament(s). Between the College Showcase and the GSA Invitational they had something like 450 teams last year. The GSA Invitational used to be just U9 - U12 and then expanded to the older ages as well. I think they get they still get most of their teams in those youngest age groups and they get many of the best teams. It's where I always send my teams but I send my older teams to Norcross.
