Why does that team draw so much interest and disdain?

Last year, they felt they were passed over staying in U13 Classic III going from 2 groups in the fall to 1 in the spring. They were moved down to Classic IV. They did rather well in the spring and in the President's Cup, so I believe they lobbied to move up to U14 Classic 2 this season. Unfortunately, they have not fared well and have been at the bottom of the back all season. With that said, they will probably stay in Classic II in the spring due to the way that things shake out with promotions and R3PL.
