What are the best soccer parks in the ATL? for both small sided and 11v11.

I would say UFA and Marathon(SSA).

gladtobhere.. I don't agree with UFA. The best parks must take into account other aspects and UFA's Fowler park can be horrible to get out of with traffic.

I can agree with that. Nice park and good fields but yes traffic can be a pain.

I really like Fowler Park but as stated before, the traffic there can be downright miserable. Having an extra entrance would be great there but not sure how feasible it would be. My youngest played at the Inter Atlanta Arizona field in the spring and it was beautiful. So far from what I've seen, all the fields have benefited from the much needed rains and cooler temps we have had this summer. Even the fields at Pickneyville are looking good this fall.

I like Fowler.
Haven't played at Santos in a long time but Roswell City fields used to be some of the nicest grass around.
Noonday 11v11 fields have been redone and are shockingly nice. Flat and cut low. Can't believe it's the same park.
Metro North #3 is my favorite NASA 11v11 field although #1 is where the DA team plays and is a little bigger. Randy Bowman has done an amazing job of getting all the NASA fields in shape since the drought and water restrictions and then big flood up at Quest.

Roswell fields remain beautiful (any Park that isn't green and thick this year simply isn't trying) but they are in the middle of a turf project which is replacing lots of bermuda grass with artificial turf.
I hate the fake stuff, though it will make it better for the day after hard rain when many would choose to stay closed.

Roswell - the city - has a reputation for some of the best parks in the country. Roswell - the soccer club - reaps the benefits of Grimes Bridge and the soon to be newly turfed Upper and Lower Waller. Sweetapple is pretty 'sweet', too - mostly for smaller sided games but lush green grass everywhere.
Roswell - the city - will turn those turf fields into Lacrosse fields when Roswell - the soccer club - eventually folds. Sad because RSC used to be a pretty good place for kids to play and develop. I hope Roswell - the city - will realize that they need to let Roswell - the soccer club - operate as a club not an afterthought of the Parks and Rec department. I can say the same for Cherokee, too - they have a gorgeous complex up there but the club isn't developing or growing as a soccer force in the area.

1. Allen Creek 2. Arizona Ave
One of my favorite of all time (don't know the name) but the fields on Jekyll Island...played a tournament there years ago.

Just saw the date and I’m shocked to realize this board has been around almost a decade. 😳

Just saw the date and I’m shocked to realize this board has been around almost a decade. 😳 Yep. Surely the best and worst soccer fields have changed in that time.

Silverback Park without a doubt is the best around. Between the impressive stadium experience, multiple other full size fields and designated practice areas not sure how anything can compare. Comes with weight room, on-site soccer shop and full service restaurant.

I thought they replaced their turf within the past few years. Is it already in bad shape?

The upper field turf was garage but they just replaced it early spring. All of the fields are good turf now.

Allen Creek isn't bad. Some of the issues are parking in these other places. I personally don't like the artificial turf fields.
