Although I am not a Keeper's dad, I, like a lot of people do think it is one of, if not the most important position on the pitch. That being said, I have friends who are parents of a stud keeper that is trying to decide between Concorde and Tophat 04/05 ECNL/DA. Any sincere thoughts on this subject would be much appreciated.

A lot depends on if your friends daughter is an 04 or an 05......

If she's good enough, I would say go to Tophat. They have both DA/ECNL as opposed to CF who has widely been reported to have given up DA. This way if one doesn't work for her she has the option of moving to the other.

Wish keepers could play on 2 teams -- play on the best team you can find, and then play on another team where you possible can see more action. Some of these girls teams are so dominant the keepers rarely touch the ball.
I say that also, because having a stud keeper on 2nd/3rd team is a game changer. Gives the rest of the team so much more confidence. Keepers are leaders on the team, often the most vocal player.
