Hello, any feedback about UFA Coach Raul Diaz Arce would be great! I have seen film on him as a great striker for El Salvador and DC United. My post is to see if parents have any feedback from his coaching? He was at Atlanta Fire and now at UFA. Thanks!

He coached my son for a couple of years and he always has his training sessions witten up for the day.
My daughter does private training with him, and he works with her shooting and accuracy.

My son did the Friday sessions with him to get extra skills practice. Always very good well planned sessions. My son improved a lot directly due to Coach Raul.

We had him for the younger age groups and he was super organized at every practice and took notes at all the games. All of the kids loved him and you could tell he loved the kids. Some of the coaches at the club are hardly approachable as a parent . . . he is the opposite. He rotates all the kids through all of the positions and doesn't show preference to any of the kids based on talent or who their parents are.
Just a super nice guy who puts all of his effort into making the kids better!

He is one of the best technical coaches I have seen out there. I can only tell you about his private lessons though. His lessons are very organized, he takes the time to plan his sessions. I believe he has something like his very own curriculum, so the drills are not the same drills over and over again. The drills get more advanced and challenging with time. Unlike other coaches that are keeping an eye on the clock and finish the lessons as soon the time is up, his lessons are not over until the child is done with the list of skills he has planned for the day. That right there in my opinion, says A LOT. Last but not least: He is demanding but not demeaning or verbally abusive. Definitely a very good coach!
