Curious Minds Want To Know: Are "all" the SCCL clubs getting the "fancy" SCCL patch on their uniforms? Or just "our" club? They look nice and add some nice "cred" to the jersey.  But since my kid wears a donut logo ... My jersey cred threshold is pretty low.  |

I noticed some SCCL patches at the Nike tournament. Pretty sure on CF jerseys...

Saw them on Tophat jerseys at Tophat tourney.
Also the donut logo doesn't lose cred. It is all perspective.

CF required jerseys with the patch be ordered, but worked a discount for returning CF players who would not have had to order new uniforms this year.

Just curious, I couldnt find anything about the patches in SCCL rules. Is there any verbage about having other patches on the same uniform?

Last year, all teams had to have the SCCL patch on their kits. Not sure if it's a mandate by the vaunted SCCL federation. Now that there are two divisions of SCCL, I wonder if the patch is the same for SCCL 1 and SCCL 2... |

CF first said the patch was not required by SCCL. We were then told “all players needed a SCCL patch.” There was no clarification on if it was required by SCCL or the club.

Just curious, I couldnt find anything about the patches in SCCL rules. Is there any verbage about having other patches on the same uniform? We saw lots of players (3-4 players on 3-4 different teams but it was just 2 different clubs) who were wearing NPL patches but playing on SCCL teams at preseason tournaments ... I didn’t think to look this past weekend and see if they were still wearing the NPL patches. |
