Typically the two teams would work out start time before moving a game. Sounds like this wasn't done. Your Team Manager can still reach out to opponent and request an earlier time.

You could also reach out to the age group coordinator. Had a similar issue last year trying to get a game in during the week at the end of the season. We had no free weekends before the end of the season, so tried to schedule during the week. Other club refused to play during the week. Official reason was that they had other teams training and had trouble getting players to practice during the week.
The real reason was because they wanted to bring players in from an affiliated team that was RPL and located an hour away from the club we were playing. Interesting enough the Age Coordinator was connected to the other club.

That's a crappy situation. Hope for a rainout. 100 miles away sucks...hopefully your team CAN and will lay the wood to them and dont take your foot off the gas.
Also, 8 AM games even between local ATL teams are garbage. Tournaments, you have to live with it, but regular season, that's terrible.

Not really sure what’s wrong with a 7:00pm game. I mean it’s a Saturday right? If it was Sunday then maybe. But if your coach didn’t agree to a time when rescheduling it then you’re out of luck.
