welcome footymane glad ya found it. so far, their hasn't been much discussion on the board with regards to high school soccer, so your going to be a valuable resource to this community! would have to agree on the dalton vs johnson game, wish i could see it in person. the lovett vs GAC girls game is also interesting. |

Saturday at 2:30 pm at Kennesaw State. The AAAAAA finals are later that evening, and will feature Mill Creek vs. Brookwood.

Mill Creek vs Brookwood should be a great game. Many people on the other forum like to bash HS soccer, but this is a match up against two very good teams. My son has played with (and against) many players from both teams and they are excellent players (and nice boys!). It should be an excellent game.
Not sure about Dalton, but regardless of what people say, they do what they are supposed to do - win. And even though I have never seen them play, I have to believe they are a good team.
BTW - for all those that bash high school soccer, IMO, it's fun to play for your school - wear your school jersey, have your friends attend, start the game with player introductions & national anthem, league rivalries, playing against club friends, getting our name in the paper, and best of all, the season ending tournament, regardless if your team makes it or not. I hope ECNL doesn't do what DA did and prevent kids from playing HS. IMO - worth the memories, especially if you want to play HS.

My kids' are playing this weekend, but I would love to see Grayson in person. I am told they have 3 top-notch players, a center mid and center forward, that are the class of the field.

The Harrison vs Grayson game is definitely the one I want to see. Grayson is great! But looking at the Harrison results, 21 matches played and only 3 goals scored on them this season, WOW! Should be a great game.
