fitting end to the spring yesterday. rain rain and more rain.
not sure how, but we were to get our ufa tourney games in.

not for us - our makeup game from a earlier rainout got rained out yesterday. Scrambling to find a dry field, time and officials to complete it. This same thing happened last year with a Savannah team - had to take a 0-0 tie and call it incompleted game. At least this club is local but still scrambling

yea lots of games left to be played still. think we ended up having to do 4 makeups during the week.

We were fortunate enough to finish our girls u13 season with a reschedule on the fly at Fowler Park's turf field. Don't know how our team manager did it but she did! It really was a hectic day. Early game in the UFA tourney and almost ended up having a finals game at 240pm (lost the 2nd tiebreak) and then on to Fowler Park at 715pm. (was supposed to be at Pickneyville but they closed early) Add that to two games on Saturday. Plus my youngest had 3 games in the tourney as well at a different field and safe to say I'm soccer'ed out for now. Oh wait..aren't tryouts next week and the following week? Oh boy!

Oy - the season that will not end - our make up game is either June 1 or 2! Then the madness of tryouts starts. Then soccer camp - then team camp - squeeze a family vacation in there and by the time all this is over, the kids will be headed back to school in early August - IT. NEVER. ENDS!
Calgon (or tequila) - - take me away!!!!
