What a game from her. She IMO saved the USWNT with 2 huge saves. I am so proud of her stepping up, and delivering with all that pressure. I know she proved me wrong, I had us losing these 2 past games due to lack of experience between the pipes. I hope she has one more game in her, defense will have to step up to help her out but we are close. Need another defense game like we had against France

she did very good. Probably one of the most consistent keepers. Fun to watch. Seems like her back line responds well to her.

Did you see her when she saved the PK?! Her teammates rush to congratulate her. She just shrugged them off yelling ‘get up, get up’! What a ball player. Celebrate after the final whistle. Gut Gemacht!

I was cracking up at that, it was like she was holding onto that ball for all she was worth and trying to get them off her without dropping it, lol. She's awesome. My kids asked me this and I could not answer it so I will throw it out to the forum, but what would have happened if her teammates touched the ball with their hand/arms as they are hugging Naeher? |

If she dropped it and it rolled into the goal, I think it would be an own goal, I think that was her main concern with getting them off her.
