Any thoughts on last nights game?
IMO Mexico outclassed USA in every which way and the gap is widening as times goes by since Klinssman. I get Berhalter trying to play out of the back, but c'mon I've seen U12's and younger play out of the back better. Touches are heavy and lacked creativity. Maybe Tata should of been the hire instead?

Judging by Pulisic's comments, the Berlhalter system is a heavy weight for players to drag around the field. It seems to stifle creativity and speed of play, as mentioned above. Will Trapp is a devious plot to make us yearn for the days of Michael Bradley. He is a water boy for this system. He wasnt even on the radar until his MLS coach became USMNT coach.

I’ve totally flipped on the US National team. I don’t care if they lose every game. Probably not right but that’s the way I feel these days. US National Team is a product of US Soccer Federation and this bullish.t system we have.

I don't blame these players for their selection or their performance trying to figure out Berlhalters "system", just the amount of effort they put into the game on field. I believe many, most, of these players deserve better from USSF.

Steffen, Trapp, Zardes.
Three of the weakest players that played last night. I know Steffen has gone on to Europe, but given his INCREDIBLY poor decision making at playing out of the back that has led to goals in the last 8 USMNT games he has played in (that's an exaggeration, but not a huge one), I don't know how.

DA is doing its job said with sarcasm. We continue to digress on the mens side yet the same old DA continues to be defended as the be all development tool. Wake up...its NOT working.

Wait there was a NT game?
Errr I mean we still have a National Team? Figured they’d just go buy some foreign players by now. Isn’t that the new American way?

Were there any negotiations with Tata for the USMNT? The Mexico game added insult to injury. Losing to a great coach that was living in our own yard for a few years. One that is clearly top-notch, and one we didn't even approach to take over the failing men's program. Gah.

He’s not taking over the dumpster fire that is the USMNT after how they screwed Klinnsman.
