ECNL is shot down here. crazy disparity in the league. Did the lack of relegation promotion doom it from the start and how can this be fixed?

I dont understand what you are saying/asking. If you’ve read many of Ultimatedad’s posts you know that he spews a lot of nonsense. Probably best to ignore him, or it’s not hard to make fun of his opinions if you’d rather go that direction.

I'm curious why more NL teams didn't play in the CF Select Cup last month, it would have been a good way to see how your team measures up to the ECNL and/or SCCL teams. I think that tournament did a really good job of delineating the levels of competition in-state. The only NL team I see on the girls side were:
LSA 05G's which got hammered by an ECNL team, beat by an ECNL team and tied an SCCL team. Columbus FC 04G's (who are currently 2nd in their NL bracket) got hammered by 2 ECNL teams and lost to a 3rd MOBA 04G's who lost to an SCCL-P team and an NPL team AFU South 04G's (HCU) beat an SCCL-P team and an NPL team

I have heard this as well. But there was a Concorde 04 girls team at the AFC tournament last month.

no this has nothing to do with the divorced couple. we loved Coach Jen and Coach Mike... they were making positive changes and rebuilding the girls program. we stayed bc of them. now we are stuck and its an absolute shizat show. Has the club said anything to you all of why? Or given any reason to Kirby leaving? Don’t know why she left but looks like she just landed at Inter Atlanta.

Doesn’t matter if she had a non-compete. But typically businesses that work together like the “Alliance” would have rules saying you can’t move from one to other like that. But then again Rush is a train wreck right now.

Non-competes in Georgia are very weak unless you are in sales and/or developed your unique talent/customers from working with the company you are leaving and not from prior jobs. Here's a summary from a 2019 case in Georgia. Read it through to the end. For most well known coaches that come into a job with a good track record, relationships and skillset(that's why they were hired), a non-compete would be tough to enforce. www.jdsupra.com/legalnews/non-compete-news-georgia-court-of-94112/But, for sure, there would likely be bad blood /trainwreck if rumor is true.
