Can't help but be really happy for and proud of the big kid Italo Jenkins, the sole representative from Atlanta and in fact the entire east coast. I find it intriguing that on the entire east coast, even if we stick solely with the MLS clubs(NE_Revs, NYCFC, NYRB, DC_United, Phila_Union, Weston/Inter_Miami), the great soccer minds at US soccer could only find one, count it one player worthy of being called up. However, we have 7 from one team which happens to be in Dallas and another 7 from west coast teams.
But nope, there is no east coast or southeastern bias from the Nat'l Team Honchos...
p.s. I'm not saying, there aren't players good enough from non-MLS clubs capable of playing for the Nat'l Team either...

As I'm sure most of you have heard by now, it looks like Sacramento, CA is the next landing spot for the MLS luvfest. That means, for the next Nat'l Team call-up, the east coast may lose the lone call-up since it's now likely to go to the Sacramento players 🙃🙃

No pressure, Italo, but only the entire east coast soccer reputation rests on your shoulders!

hats off to all the kids invited and playing, but to me creating a single ynt team at u15 for a country this size and diverse is nuts: I don't understand why you would want to narrow your player pool at such a young age.
