I hope all is well and that you all have a happy and healthy holiday season. We have some very exciting updates from the 2019 season as we close in on our winter ID camp on January 4th at Oglethorpe University. We are gearing up for a big recruiting year as we graduate 9 seniors from our 2019 NCAA Tournament team, and the camp will feature the following universities.
Georgia State – NCAA D1
Wofford – NCAA D1
Oglethorpe University – NCAA D3
Clayton State University – NCAA D2
Emory University – NCAA D3
Oglethorpe University 2019 Season Recap:
14-5, SAA Regular Season Champion, SAA Finalist, NCAA Tournament
Reached #3 National Ranking (highest in program history)
5 consecutive SAA Regular Season Titles (most in SAA)
3 consecutive SAA Final Appearances
2 NCAA Tournament Appearances in 3 years
First at-large NCAA bid in SAA history
First back to back 7-0 conference seasons in SAA history
Ranked #2 in NCAA Division III goals per game
We would love to have as many local players as possible in attendance to showcase their skill. The day will include training sessions run by our college staff, coach Q&A, small-sided and 11v11 games. We expect roughly 60-75 players in attendance and we hope to have you there!
