So the brackets (and some schedules) are posted:
Interestingly, I don't see the 06 girls NL teams on the brackets (not even the 3 that will likely be relegated). So all these U14 teams are simply skipping the spring? Last year a few of them played up in the U15 bracket. Also the fall 2019 bracket winners are staying in the same bracket rather than playing up. I assume that won't count against them for promotion should they not win the bracket again.

Actually the U14 Girls are playing Piedmont National League this spring, all you have to do is google and you can find the schedule on the national league page. Georgia soccer just hasn’t updated on their page left.

I did look it up but they didn't clear the bracket/results so I figured there wasn't anything for them this spring.
So U14 NL is the only age group/ brackets in USYS that play all year. Also, no one got promoted/relegated from the fall, that's a bit disappointing. Gotta suck for bottom of the bracket teams to know you've got another 9 weeks of beatdown coming. And for teams that won Athena A your reward is another season of Athena A... which wasn't renamed GPL.

U14 girls do have spring schedule on their site. The promotion/relegation for u14 girls is a combined record for the entire fall/spring results. U15 and up only play fall and u13 is playing spring as those teams just moved in from Athena and associated other state run leagues. An entire year of play for u14 girls for promotion/relegation is a good thing. It gives them time to adjust. For example you don’t massively change ecnl rosters after the fall. For example Atlanta Fire u13 ecnl girls team is very weak with poor results but you give them the spring to improve before making changes.

So the logic applies to both U13 and U14? If the U13 teams in NL don't do well in the spring do they not get relegated? GSA U13 would have been a better example, or AFU U14 (just speaking of GA). But then ECNL doesn't have pro/rel. Feels like you're making the argument for player pro/rel as opposed to to team-based pro/rel.
