Atlanta united might be just skating by depending upon our how many rostered players have quit, but seems 43 players registered at the u17 age group is excessive and drives up their average-- yes I'm fully aware of the holder over team etc, but many have played at least 1 game. With a few quiting and a few 19s moved over to the USL team, they might be just below the 24 player average.

Each Club's roster may average no more than 24 players across each age group based
on the minimum of 14 Full-Time players and a maximum of 10 Part-Time players
and the 25% start recommendation is still there as well.
Not sure how the 17s could come close to this recommendation given all the players are listed as FT players.
I've heard rumors many of the 03s have quit, not surprising given their complete lack of playing time.
Business or not -- it ain't right -- keeping players with no intent of playing them is BS.
