I am of the opinion that there is very little that it is appropriate to eliminate from your diet (unless you have food allergies/intolerances). It is hard work to find a way to get back the vitamins and minerals that are in a lot of foods naturally. Variety and moderation are key. Now if I could just learn moderation for chocolate...🤔
