From what I gather doesn’t the SCCL Cup winner go directly to SCCL Regionals ?
If so my question is this: since ecnl teams are eligible for this what if they win the event? Isn’t sccl regionals and Nationals for SCCL teams ? And if not , why isn’t there a a way to crown an SCCL winner? What SCCL team advances if an ecnl team wins it?
My apologies before hand if I have read the literature wrong .

No.
Any team can go to US Club regionals. All the winner of the SCCL cup gets is a trophy and medals. SCCL Fall winner goes directly to Nationals.

SCCL has nothing to do with ECNL. They have their own playoffs and National Championship. NC game is in Colorado.

I think my bigger question is do all the SCCL-P teams have to actually participate in this SCCL cup? I see not point if they are putting in the SCCL and SCCL-P all together. Only 1-2 teams in an SCCL-P bracket will be able to compete wit the top 1-3 SCCL teams. Just seems like a waste of money for most SCCL-P and probably a lot of the bottom seeded SCCL teams as well. Money would be better spent going to a tournament where these teams could be put in brackets that are competitive for them versus being force to play teams that are obviously better and not the same level of competition as 1/2 of the teams in SCCL/SCCL-P divisions.

FWIW from the SCCL page The Southeastern Clubs Champions League would like to invite all elite teams to join us for the 1st annual SCCL Cup. The SCCL Cup will host SCCL, NPL, and ECNL level teams against each other over two weekends of play: May 17-19th and May 25-26th. It will run in partnership with three events: NTH Select Cup and Showcase, UFA Xtreme Cup, and the GSA Revolution Cup and Showcase. The SCCL Cup will be split among two events on the weekend of May 17-19th. The 12U-14U SCCL Cup participants will play in the UFA Extreme Cup, and the 15U-19U teams will play in the NTH Select Cup and Showcase. Teams will be seeded and play a round robin schedule. The winners of each division will play in the Championship SCCL Cup Bracket. The remaining teams will play in the Showcase SCCL Cup Bracket on the 2nd weekend of play at the GSA Revolution Cup and Showcase. Both weekends will host numerous college scouts.

I hear ya there. I know in our case it's "any given day" In our 05 girls group no doubt that AFU SCCL-P would be a solid team. We were at a tourney where I saw CF SCCL-P shutout CF SCCL-1 2-0 (and I think CF finished 3rd in the top SCCL bracket. They may have had some players missing of course). I do think the top 3-4 SCCL1 teams would easily beat the bottom 3-4 SCCL-P teams but I agree with you-there would be some good games in between those those bad games.
