What everyone’s thoughts if either of these tourneys will happen and are any managers in their right mind putting down $$ to sign up for these tourneys with the ongoing uncertainty?

I reached out to GA Soccer last week and they advised to hold off on the registration for the State Cup as they are on hold. They are still hoping the tournament can be played but there is no need for teams to be registering and sending them payment.
