A "tentative list" is just that. I wouldn't put much stock in it until you see in on the website. And I'm betting that was not something your coach should have shared in the first place, but maybe forwarded with ulterior motives. Just food for thought for someone who is clearly new to this forum. |

While I agree after watching these lower level teams that the soccer is not always pretty these kids are getting exercise, making friends, learning team work and valuable life lessons along the way. The expense for a half year for the older age groups is not too bad and if the parents feel that their kids get value out of it who are we to say they should pick another sport. Not everyone who loves a game is gifted athletically. Maybe some of these kids just play for fun. People say "play rec then" but it isn't always easy to find rec teams either and they may not stay together as well as attrition is high come middle school and high school. Let the kids play and learn the beautiful game. For some the instruction may even get them on their high school teams (JV if it is a big school). It may be worth it to them. Don't be snobby. |

From that down it's simply a list of this past season's "central location" coaches bumped up a level with zero regard for how their team finished their fall season AND as you so nicely pointed out it does not include NTH Milton teams and several did very well and are building. It is inaccurate and incomplete. There is a lot of talent on the north side and more players/families are choosing to play closer to home on competitive teams, especially with a possible disruption to the fall season and travel concerns.

Then people shouldn't post a "tentative" list of coaches before it has been confirmed by the club. We all know players/parents sometimes follow a coach to a different club. So can we just press the break. fake news is unacceptable. Plus Watch out of TH Milton Location, it is going to be great. Awesome coaches, parents and director! These Coaches actually played high level soccer!!! so they know the game

liverpoolfc ... exactly ... which is why this "tentative" list is at most only accurate for MAYBE the top 3 teams. From that down it's simply a list of this past season's "central location" coaches bumped up a level with zero regard for how their team finished their fall season AND as you so nicely pointed out it does not include NTH Milton teams and several did very well and are building. It is inaccurate and incomplete. There is a lot of talent on the north side and more players/families are choosing to play closer to home on competitive teams, especially with a possible disruption to the fall season and travel concerns. |calm down until it is published by the club nothing is official| |until it is official everything is tentative, speculative, guesswork, inaccurate and incomplete| |
