How old and level of play? Both have pretty good programs. Seen a couple over at AU from NASA. But also hear good things from the SSA lot.

ages are u12 and u14.

Both programs are good for keepers. I always found getting a blend of wide receiver (slot) training works really for this position. explosion off the line, cutting in/out for lateral movement, quick reaction hand eye coordination. Works really well during off season and breaks to help the body heal from the ground and pound during the season.
