For my oldest, it was the coach. Interested to hear responses.

For my U19 she decided to change clubs to be with one of her all time favorite coaches for her last year. She knew that he would get her ready for playing in 2021 in college. For my U16 it was a combination of coaching (both team coach and goalie coach) and the fact that she loves the girls she is playing with.
