Great article! All coaches that guarantee spots to players should read this article. All DOC's that let coaches bring in players with guaranteed spots or playing time should read this article. And all parents that play politics to guarantee positions, playing time, or a team for their soccer player should read this article.

I really want to know how anyone expects a player to compete at crunch time when the little snowflake can not compete at practice or for a spot. In the long run you all do nothing but hurt the development of the player.
