My girls coaches want them working on their fitness, specifically cardiovascular. Their conditioning program utilizes track measurements. Does anyone know of any high School tracks that are open or accessible? All of the ones they've tried to get on around us (Johns Creek) are locked up. I told them no jumping the fence but it is tempting :-)

Webb Bridge Middle School is usually open to the public. As I remember FCS made some deal with the county so they could get the field in. Same thing for the tennis courts.

Pretty sure Lambert's track is open over there.

Shorty Howell park has a trail that has mile markers and the track around the rec football field is open.
